Report: "Diagnosis of sanitation and parking conditions at logistics bases in Poland and in Europe"
What problems do trukers consider as the most annoying in loading and unloading places?:
- 56.3% of drivers downvote the service time, pointing long waiting time for entry, notification, loading, documents and failure to comply with designated hours and queues;
- 41.9% of drivers assess the quality of service as unprofessional, indicating the lack of proper communication, e.g. the causes of delays, lack of language skills, unpleasant and arrogant behavior, sluggishness of staff;
- almost every second location is a lack of sanitary facilities, 52.5% of drivers indicated that there is no access to shower, and 41.3% to toilet;
- 48.5% of drivers pay attention to the lack or insufficient number of parking space.
